Fees
As a private billing clinic, we offer personalised care with billing pathways designed around the needs of veterans and first responders.
- First responders with a valid compensation claim number have their insurer invoiced directly.
- Veterans with a DVA card are bulk billed where eligible.
- There is no cost to you where DVA have provided a Transaction Reference Number (TRN).
- For consultations and care outside these arrangements, a private fee applies. A Medicare rebate is available for eligible consultations.
All initial consultations must be face-to-face to be eligible for DVA bulk billing or a Medicare rebate. If you are outside Canberra, please contact us – we run interstate outreach clinics based on demand.

Every new patient starts with The First Conversation, our initial consultation. This is where we get to know you. We take a holistic look at your life, your operational service, and your health, so we can map out a clear plan tailored to your needs.

Please note there is no out-of-pocket fee for DVA Gold Card holders. For first responders with a valid compensation claim number, there is no out-of-pocket fee where the consultation addresses the accepted condition(s). White Card holders are not bulk billed for this initial consultation, as it is holistic in nature and is not focused on a single accepted condition.

All follow-up appointments are check-ins – ongoing, focused support to keep you on track. Choose from 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions depending on what you need.

This appointment is for assessing and diagnosing conditions related to your ADF service, including completion of DVA diagnosis forms to commence the DVA claims process. It is only bookable after attending The First Conversation. Medicare rebates are available for eligible consultations.

DVA Requested Assessments
If DVA has issued you paperwork requesting an assessment, we can help. As with all new patients, you’ll need to attend The First Conversation to become a patient of the practice. This allows us to look at your care holistically and support you through the process and beyond.
