Chloe knows the importance of showing people kindness throughout their whole experience with the practice and that it can make or break someone’s day. She always greets patients with a friendly smile, either at the front desk or through the phone and believes that the work that she does behind the scenes allows the clinical team to focus on what matters most: their patients.
